Policies

All rates shown include two people. To calculate the rate for your party, add $20.00/night for each additional adult and $10.00/night for each child under 18.

Deposits and Payments

An advance deposit of 50% or the first night’s stay, whichever is greater, is required to secure your reservation and must reach us within seven days after the reservation is made. The reservation balance is due upon arrival. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation.

Checks are preferred for advance deposits. Discover, Visa & Mastercard accepted.

An 13.5% tax will be added to all charges: 5.5% State & County sales tax, 8% Door County room tax.

Cancellations and Date Changes

To obtain a deposit refund, call 30 days prior to arrival. If you must cancel less than the required number of days prior to arrival, do not expect a refund. There is a $25.00 office charge per accommodation cancelled. If a reservation is changed after arrival, you will be expected to pay in full for the original reservation. Do not expect a refund.

Bringing a Pet

We must be notified in advance. Rules and charges apply. $50 per night – limit one pet. Please call for a pet confirmation.

General Information

All of our accommodations are non-smoking per State Statute. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

Preferred stay requirements may be less, if available. Please inquire by calling or emailing us.
